Over the last 20 months we have published an article highlighting information about our footpaths, on the Bellarine, every month. The need for footpaths is being currently addressed in Ocean Grove through the Ocean Grove Principal Pedestrian Network. The City of Greater Geelong began the Ocean Grove project in 2019 inviting property owners to have their say and 4 years later this $6.5 million project will “allow Ocean Grove to become a more walkable community and enable residents to enjoy the social, economic, and environmental benefits of walking”. Here is a link to the project https://yoursay.geelongaustralia.com.au/OGPPN.
We understand that Have Your Say survey, for the Drysdale Clifton Springs Principal Pedestrian Network will happen during this financial year. Our advocacy group looks forward to this initial part of our project.
Thank you for reading.
