Needs arise in a variety of ways but at SpringDale, often 3 things happen on the same day to point us in a direction and so long as this is within our Strategic Plan and we have the capability, time and energy, often a small project might be started. This might end up being a pilot for something greater, needing more time and energy, more planning, more oversight and perhaps more funding.

Sometimes it works the other way. Sometimes we apply for a small amount of funding to get a project started and then we develop a way to make the activity sustainable.

Almost all our projects are community led and community delivered with some help from SpringDale.

This website is devoted to projects that are currently happening and you might like to help and its also devoted to projects that have come to a natural conclusion but to still have access to the information maybe of great benefit to the community.
